Runescape is a massive online web-based RPG that has caught a lot of interest over the past few years that offers skills and combat play. Some teachers promote it as teaching some basic real life skills such as money management. It has grown tremendously, and it should have, because it’s a great game.I think it promotes friendships and interactive communication since you can talk to virtually hundreds of people in real time all at once from all over the world! If your new to it, then keep reading this guide will talk you through how to make a good start on the game, and give you a taste of what the game has to offer. Read on.

You start on Tutorial Island, here, you’ll learn all the basics of combat, cooking, fishing, fire making a lot of the skills basically. The tutorials on the island are very interactive, so you’ll learn most of the basics on that. What’s important though, is once you get off Tutorial Island what do you do? Where do you go? All is explained in this guide.

Once you get off Tutorial Island, you end up in Lumbridge, the starting village of Runescape. Here you’ll find a lot of low level monsters for you to kill, and collect loot off – gold pieces, feathers, bones, the lot but are you looking for a better way to start off? Being an experienced player, I would suggest that you actually look to expertise in one skill for now, and really push your development on that one skill. For example, a good skill to start with is mining. It’s requirements are very basic, all you need is a pickaxe, and the right mining area. You will be supplied with a pickaxe so there’s no need to worry about that.

Mining is very interesting. You gain experience in mining dependant on the ores you mine. You receive a certain amount of experience every time you mine that type of ore, and as your levels increase, you’re able to mine a much larger variety of ores.

The reason why mining is a good skill to start off with, is because you can combine it with smithing, the skill of making armours in order to make yourself your first set of armour. Plus, once you get to about level 30 mining, you can make quite a lot of money through the mining of iron and coal as they both sell for a nice amount each.

To start off mining, just make sure you’ve got your pickaxe in your inventory (or you can equip it by clicking on it in your inventory), and head off down to the nearest mines. The nearest mines from Lumbridge and one of the best to start off in, in my own opinion is the south-east Varrock mines. Just head north from Lumbridge (cross the bridge) and you should hit Varrock pretty soon (it’s best if you open up the World Map that Runescape provides you above the gaming screen). If you haven’t already, deposit all items (there is a bank in Varrock) you’ve got in your inventory except your pickaxe (if you haven’t equipped it) and head off to the mines.

Start off by mining copper, and then once you hit the appropriate level, move onto more challenging ores like iron. If you want more information on mining ores, and the level requirements to mine them along with the different level requirements for using different pickaxes, check out this page.

I hope you enjoyed my guide to RuneScape combat.

One of the most interesting and possibly the best aspect of Runescape’s game play is its wilderness section and Runescape Pking. So what is Runescape Pking? Pking, or player killing, is one of the most favorite pastimes in Runescape history. The deeper you go the harder it is to survive. Jagex, they creators of Runescape, created new items and armor to ensure the combat triangle to stay alive. Unfortunately, they did not count on people making hybrids to combat and destroy the combat triangle.

Well Pking stands for Player Killing. So basically it’s where you enter the Runescape wilderness and attempt to kill other Runescape players. This of course is much more interesting that killing the regular NPC monsters of Runescape because you are fighting a living, thinking and creative person on the other side.

Pures are the most common type of PKers. This style only builds up on the main attributes of the combat skills. Here are some of the most common stats, usually moderate attack and defense, with extremely high strength. Should they reach higher enough levels, better equipment will supplement this playing style making them real killing machines. Regardless of level, pures have one thing in common: to raise their strength as much as possible. They aim to kill players in 3 rounds, which is fairly tough. You can easily notice a pure. Almost all pures have a skull, have a full set of same class armor, with a weapon of greater metal than the armor.

Prayer Beasts are the 2nd common style of PKers. Prayer Beasts range from levels of 35-60. They usually have at least 25 Prayer, so they can protect an item if they die. They also use prayer to increase their fighting for a short time. They can also use prayer to paralyze their opponents (which prevents the opponent from attacking them). If you are going to be a prayer beast, make sure you have at least 25 Prayer. First, raise your prayer to level 6. Then, do the ghost quest. You should have around 11 Prayer. From 11, it should take about 530 big bones to get to level 25. Most Prayer Beasts wear monks robes, an amulet, a helmet, and have a rune weapon.
Mages range from levels 10-15, as they are pure mages. They usually have VERY high magic, allowing them to fire bolt their enemies. Magic can really inflict damage to someone wearing black armor, but not as much to mithril armor. This is why most pure mages will not be any higher in level. A weakness in mages is that they cannot hold as much food as other PKers. So if you choose to be a mage, be careful.

Runescape is one of the most popular games of today and gold is in big demand. Non-members, learn how to get your fair share of gold legitimately.

Runescape is one of the most popular online RPG’s as of yet and no wonder its in-game currency gold is in big demand. For starters, there is no “easy way” to make gold but hopefully by reading this guide, it will make the gold-making process a whole lot easier. I will be listing some of the top ways for non-members to make their fair share in gold (in no particular order).

Are you a non-member? Are you poor? Just want to get some cash? Then Read this!

This guide will not need many requirements so you can do this at just about any level or if you are rich/poor.

This guide is divided into different sections they are:

0gp- 100k 100-200k 200K-500k

0gp- 100K

Method 1

Required:

To have completed Rune Mysteries Quest it’s a veeery easy quest, should be done in about 20mins.

Felt Crafts
Felt In Every Color You Can Think Of. Buy Your Felt Online,
Offshore Savings Account
Limited 6 Month Fixed rate bond - up to 3.25% gross pa from AIB
pcgameitems.com Diablo 2
Diablo 2 Item shop. Current special Level 90 characters for $19.99
15 mining (also quite easy to get if you powermine. Powermining is when you mine and drop ores instead of banking them.

Go to Varrock (look on the world map if you don’t know where it is). Go to the Rune shop in Varrock while wielding a pickaxe or having a pickaxe in your inventory. Right- click Albury and click “teleport“. You will be teleported to a snowy place, and walk around until you see a place where you can mine rune essence. Keep mining the essence and when you have a full inventory of rune essence, go through the portal and you will be teleported back to Varrock. The bank is just in front of the rune shop so it is quite convenient . Deposit your rune essences into your bank and repeat mining rune essence. Once you’ve got a reasonable amount of rune essence, go to the grand exchange (look on the world map if you don’t know where it is) and sell your rune essence for 40-48gp ea!

Method 2

Required:

A pickaxe that you can use

Go to the south-west Varrock mine and mine the clay rocks there. Keep mining until you have a full inventory and then go into Varrock to bank the clay. Keep repeating this and collect 1,000 clay pieces, go to the grand exchange and sell them for the minimum price which would be 100gp! (because if you sold it for market price or max, no one would buy them). 1,000 clay would add up to exactly 100K!.

Method 3

Required:

A high enough combat level to kill cows (level 2)

Go to the windmill in Lumbridge and go straight up from there. You should see lots of cows prowling around. Make sure your inventory is empty and you have your good weapon and armor. Kill those cows collect ONLY the cowhides!when you’ve got a full inventory, go to the gnomecopters and there’s a deposit box where you can deposit your cowhides. The deposit box can only deposit things so if you accidentally deposit something you need, you will need to go to a proper bank to withdraw the item. Keep killing the cows and collecting the cowhides until you think you’ve got enough. When you got enough, travel to Varrock and sell them on the Grand Exchange for 90-100 coin each.

Above I have said , I hope to be able to help each and every non-member,At the same time also hope that we can share the experience with

Attack is a melee combat stat that determines the accuracy of the player’s melee attacks:

1.Start killing chickens. They should be pretty easy. By the time you have 5 attack buy a steel sword for between 140-300gp .
2.Start training on Goblins lv.2 you are 5/1 levels higher than them (still have food) If you happen to run out of shrimps go back and fish or if you fished alot get a full inventory of shrimps.
3.When you get 10 attack train on Cows. Repeat this process until you have 20 attack. Buy a mithril scimitar(If your not rich check pick up their hides and tan them). Then start training on monks (n food required) Keep doing this until you have 30 attack. Buy any adamant weapon.
4.Train on hill giants (LOBSTERS ARE SUGGESTED) Keep doing this until 60 attack. Congrats you are now availible to use rune weapons and dragon weapons.

Of course, there are several ways of getting higher attack levels on Runescape. The most common way is to just train on monsters. Although training on monsters is probably the most known and considered the easiest way, there are indeed other ways. For members, there is the mini game of Pest Control. In this game, you fight bugs on an island with your team. If you achieve a certain amount of points while fighting, you will get some points afterward, which you can use to get items. The points while fighting are calculated by your hits. If you hit a 5, you will have 5 points. If you hit a 10 after that, you will have 15 and so fourth. I believe the goal is 60 points or more. More is always better as the more you get the more points you will get back on the island. To get to Pest Control you will have to take a ship found at Port Sarim. It is a fun mini game and is very good with raising your attack, though I do not recommend it for lower levels.

But I think the best way for a Member to train their attack level is on Rock crabs. While they are only Level 13 combat, they have a lot of HP, which gives you a lot of Attack XP. Train on Rock Crabs until you are Level 70 attack.

There are many ways to make those millions you always wished for ever since you started Runescape, the problem is the work for earning it. If you had notice when playing Runescape that people with a high leveled skill are making gold points and lots of them. So as advice you should pick a skill that looks entertaining for you as a player because there is nothing more than doing the job you love, am I right? Whether it is Mining, Woodcutting, Runecrafting, Smiting, Herblore, Crafting, Thieving, Farming, Fishing, Cooking, or Fighting, every skill has its reward.

The THREE MOST easiest and fastest ways to make money in the Massive online Role-playing Game called Runescape is:

1.Thieving

Thieving is a very useful Members-Only skill that can be used to make quick cash as you get higher in levels. To make big cash you will need at least 50 Thieving, so if you aren’t a high enough level, follow these steps to increase your level:

From level 1-10, pickpocket Men in Edgeville 145 times.

From level 10-30, steal cakes from the Baker’s Stall in Ardougne 764 times.

From level 30-50, pickpocket Al Kharid Warriors 3,384 times.

Now that you’re level 50 thieving, you should be able to easily pickpocket guards to get some good amounts of GP.

From level 50-70, pickpocket guards 13,684 times to steal 410,500GP.

From 70-80, pickpocket watchmen to thieve another 364,520GP and 9,113 bread.

At level 80, it should be easier to pickpocket Paladins to make 100,000 GP an hoyou’re. Just be syou’ree to bring lots of food with you.

2.Mining For Money

Mining is one of the most vital skills in RuneScape. Everyone should have at least 40 mining, so here’s how you can level up if you aren’t already level 40,You may also want to bank the ores later:

From level 1-20 mine Copper from the South Varrock mine.

From level 20-40 mine Iron from the mine near Rimmington or Varrock.

Now that you have a Mining level of 40, it should be easier to mine Coal. Even though you only need 30 Mining for Coal, it would be much more difficult to mine it at that level. You should also buy either an Adamantite or Rune pick.

Other  way to make a lot really fast is to to get high enough and mine a lot of coal. This works really fast if you sell each for 250-400gp at max. This is how I got rich in the game pluss i normally save a few for myself. (instead of mining in the dwarven mines, I mined in Al Karid because there are less people there plus there isn’t a stupid scorpion king that messes around with your mining)

3.Fishing
Last that takes a high skill is fishing for lobsters and when high enough you can harpoon for spear. You should fish on that one island where there are bananas(Karmaja). My sugestion is actually selling the fish there on the island so you are not wasting 30gp each time that you transport between the port and the island.(sell them at the general store there.

In order to use the High Alchemy magic spell, you need at least 55 Magic. Firstly, decide what you think may be the quickest for you to make. If you have a high enough Mining and Smithing level, you can smith Steel Platemail. Someone who has a high Fletching level can make Yew or Magic bows.

Of course,There are many other ways for making money. like comparing prices in stores like for a sword that is in a general store that costs lets say 50 to buy. well if you went and checked the price to sell to the sword store nearby is 100 because there are none in stock. So make sure that you check your prices wisely.
