Training in Runescape can mean either gaining higher combat levels, or gaining higher skill levels.

While all Runescape players have trained at least once in their Runescape life. Whether it is killing men in lumbridge or going one on one with greater demons in the wilderness, it’s still considered training. This guide will hopefully allow you to choose the most efficient way to train and maybe earn some spare gold while you are at it.

Training in combat: If you want the maximum experience, you want to kill a monster with higher Health Points that will not hit you as often. This way, you can hit them as much as possible without using a bunch of expensive food. Just because a monster gives nice items, does not mean it is going to give great experience. If you are going to train your combat, items have no play. Save up your food before you begin to train, that way you do not have to break your killing spree and go off to fish or buy food.

It makes it go a whole lot smoother if you have more food in the bank than you think you will need. Training against a monster that is aggressive and will attack a person of your level, without another thought, is very helpful because you will not have to click on another monster over and over to attack it. Different weapons will do different damage to different monsters so choose your weapon wisely. Remember this, while a Ruby Amulet might make you hit harder, it does not make you hit faster.

Try using a diamond or dragon amulet even tough they are quite expensive. Try to choose a monster that is not too strong for you. Dragons usually have a very high defense, which means they are not good for experience. The highest level a monster should be is around the same as your combat level, but not higher. That will only increase the time that you will fight them and you will not get as much experience. Even more so, it will lower your food supply very quickly.

Firemaking: Cut tons of logs (or buy them) and save them in the bank, before you even start training firemaking. This way you will not have to keep on cutting and burning. Begin firemaking near a bank like Draynor or Edgeville. Burn logs, then get more logs from the bank, and so on and so forth. Firemaking, like all skills on Runescape, takes a lot of patience and commitment. You will not get the 10 levels a day you want unless your firemaking is very low! You will probably want to try burning for only 2 hours or so a day so that you don’t lose hope.

Prayer: Bury every single bone you see. If you do not want to spend the money to buy the bones, you will have to get them yourself. A good spot is in the wilderness, there are quite a few big bone spawns that comes again quickly. The Mort Myre swamp, home of the Ghasts, is another prime place. The Ghasts give 30-prayer experience each; they have 45 hits, which add up to about 180 experiences to your chosen skill, so they are good for both.

Woodcutting: A good trick would be to cut a huge load of willows. The trees south of Draynor bank are really fast experience. Obviously, use the best hatchet you can. Try not to burn/fletch the logs as you get them, as it slows you down. So just, chop a load full, bank them, and repeat. You can go up levels really fast like this. At around 70, move on to yews. Repeat the process of the willows.

Runescape Training involves different methods per different skills. I have named only a couple of the skills.Training is pretty much the same either way; you just continue using that skill until you gain a level. Thus, you are training. Good luck in the wonderful world of Runescape.

What is the Cabbage?Cabbage is rumored to be a good way to make money. But if you are a free to play member, I am sure you have realized that it is not as easy for non-members to make money. Members have all the great stuff to sell. This does not mean you CAN’T make money if you’re not a pay to play member. It simply means that it is harder. Although there are only a few good ways, this does not mean that there are none.
Personally, I do not believe that it is. Most say there are three easy steps to making money with cabbages. This is not true. There are really 5, and these are:

1. Head on over to the cabbage patch by the Draynor Manor

2. Pick as many cabbages as you can
0
3. Bank them at the Draynor Bank

4. Repeat 1-3 until you have a lot of cabbages

5. Sell them on the Grand Exchange

Supposedly, the cabbages from Draynor are worth more than others, I am not sure, but I doubt it. In addition, it takes a long time for them to sell. I tested this theory and I only gained around 150 gp. It was defiantly one of the slowest sells I have done on the Grand Exchange. If you are serious about doing this, I would suggest doing the Lumbridge/Draynor development diary so that you can teleport to the runescape cabbage patch using the ring.

Honestly, I think the cabbage method is a waste of time. If you spent that time fishing, you could make three to four times the amount of money. There are NO instant ways to make money. Unless you have an item of value already and sell it. If you are looking for some super fast and easy way to make millions, then you will be searching for a long time. I have played Runescape for years and have not found a single method that is instant. There are, however, plenty of ways to make money that are not instant. Most you need a high skill level to do though. That’s why you should decide what you want to do, then focus on building the levels on it. Once you reach a high enough level, you can begin raking in the cash. ALWAYS save the items, you get while you’re training. Even if you only get 100 gp for something, that’s 100 gp richer than you were.

If you are training your mining, and you are buying the pickaxes as you level up, save them. Once you reach the Rune Pickaxe, you can sell all of your older pickaxes and get some money back. In addition, save the ore you mine. You would be surprised how much money you could get.

Alright, just to say, it is a very slow way. You could make more money by mining clay. Thats 2.7k per inventory, which is ok if you’re just starting off. Truthfully, the best way to get money is by raising up your levels. The higher the levels, the more items you can get from that skill, therefore you can get those items faster, and get different items that are worth different ammounts.

The two most important skills are woodcutting and fishing. It only took me 3 days to get to lvl 60 wc so I could cut yews. (I was only 59 on the second day, had to go to bed). Fishing, though I absolutely hate it, is a good way to make money. I think that one yew log is worth more than one lobby or one swordie, but cutting yews is much slower. So, if you want to make money, please, just raise up your levels and it will be so much easier to make money without having to “merch” which requires you to already have money.

Runescape starts you out with a bronze hatchet for cutting trees. You can sell the logs you get but only for money to get different hatchets. However, once you are at a rune hatchet, you won’t have to worry about getting money for hatchets anymore, since you already have the second-to-best one, (the best one is members only). For fishing, you can talk to the fishing tutor.

If you walk out of lumbridge castle’s “front yard” then head south until you’re at a graveyard, go into the grave yard and take the opening south and continue to go south until you find the fishing tutor. I believe he has two buckets filled with trout by him. Hope the comment cleared up a few things for you all.

So there you have it. The complete guide on how to make money with cabbages. It is a very simple method to make money with, and as such, you do not get as much money. Not that it’s completely bad, some people swear by it. It’s just about finding the right method for you. Once you find the method that fits you, the money will start pouring in. My method is fishing, it is just so fun, and the people are very friendly. Thanks for reading! Happy Playing!

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a Runescape millionaire? This guide will show you how to become that millionaire with that Green Halloween Mask or Blue Party Hat you’ve been craving.

Simply read this guide to pick and choose the methods you find most appealing. Follow those methods to earn money in Runescape. This guide offers a large variety of methods for earning gold in Runescape. As reflected in some methods below, you don’t need to be a member to earn gold. However, to access the full range of features and money making methods, it is strongly recommended that you become a member.

Picking Up Flax:
1. Absolutely nothing is needed to be able to pick up flax. Go over to Camelot and go down to the Flax area where there’s only flax there and start picking them up. Keep going back and forth to the bank.
(Area where you can find flax to pick up.)

2. Make sure your inventory is empty to make it quicker to get 1,000 flax. Once you have collected 1,000 flax, then go to the same bank which is nearby the flax area and sell your flax’s for 100 gold coins each. A total of 100k is earned for just picking up some flax.

Spinning Flax into Bow Strings:
You must have a crafting level of 10 in order to spin flax. If you have a crafting level of 10, then you can start off by either purchasing 1k flax from someone or by picking them up. Buying these will make you save more time and at the same time still make profits. The profits are less though. Simply once you have your flax take them to the spinning wheel and spin them. Go back and forth doing this and after a few trips, you will be completed. Sell your bow strings for 180-200 each, ending you up with 180-200k profits. If you had bought the flax, then your profit will be 80-100k for spinning them.

Woodcutting (Maples):
1. Get a woodcutting level of 45 to cut maples.
2. Go down to the Camelot which has maple trees right across from it. These trees are very close to the bank so it won’t take long to walk to the bank.
3. Cut 1,000 maple logs and sell them to other members for 80-100 each. Total will be 80k-100k for all of them!

Woodcutting (Magics):
1. To be able to start cutting magics, you will need a level of 75 which is the highest to cut any tree.
2. Take a rune axe and start cutting them. You can get bored off of cutting as it takes longer than yews to cut.
3. Cut 1,000 magic logs and sell them. Each log is worth 1k! That’s a lot of money.
4. Once completed sell them at the bank to other members and earn 1,000,000 Gold coins!

Anyway that is my brief but free Runescape money making guide on how to become a Runescape merchant I hope you enjoyed it.

Have you ever wondered what to sell in the Grand Exchange? Before we begin, let’s take a moment to learn the basics of the Grand Exchange.what is the Grand Exchange? The Grand Exchange is a large marketplace located in Varrok, the most populated city in Runescape. You can use the Grand Exchange, also referred to as the GE, to buy or sell almost anything! The GE allows a player to buy or sell an item at any time in the world. They do not have to meet up and do a trade; it will just hold the goods for you until you pick them up.  When you open the Exchange window, you will see six boxes with 2 boxes in each. One box is for buying, and the other for selling. You can pick the quantity and the price for either buying or selling. Usually when selling, the lowest price possible will be the fastest sell.

Let me show you an example. As you can see from the screenshot below, I have three barbed tail harpoons. They are set at the max price (27 gp) and the total gold is 81 gp. I could change the quantity and/or the price if I wanted to. However, I think that is fair, so I will press “Confirm Offer” and then I will wait for it to finish. They will hold your items or money until it’s completed. You can always go to any bank and press “collect” to receive the money or items you got from the exchange.

Now, that you have a basic grasp of the way it works, lets move on to money-making.

Obviously the normal merchanting is always a great way to make money. However, who really wants to sit in a bank for an hour typing “Selling 1k willows!!”? That’s what’s great about the Exchange. Just take your items and put them in your sell box. Name the price and the quantity will automatically be the number you have. Most of the time it will sell within a minute of you putting it up. But of course, it’s not always going to work like that. As in the screenshot below, I’m waiting for them to sell.

They will not sell as fast because they are not a popular item and they are at the max price.
If I had say, 100 Swordfish, and I put them at the minimum price, they would sell very fast.
Even if they were at the maximum price, they would sell quite fast. Remember, the more popular the item is, the faster it sells.

Another good idea is to buy low and sell high. Say I buy eight swordfish at 375gp each. Then I resell them for 415gp each. I just made 320gp. Sure, it’s not a lot, but say I buy 1k Swordfish for 375k and then I resold for 415kGP. See the difference? Of course making money like this could take quite awhile. Just stay patient and it will pay off.

Using the Runescape Grand Exchange is a wonderful money making opportunity. You can have that Dragon Longsword you have been dreaming of in a matter of minutes.

When you are buying and selling, you are able to adjust the price to your liking. Although you can only go 5% above and below the normal market price, this can be handy. If you are going to sell, I suggest going as far below the price as possible. It is faster, but if you have an item that is worth more and it is well known, I would go 5% above. A lot of players, when buying food, will pick the item, make the amount in the thousands and then buy at the highest they can. Then, anything below that will be also sold to them. This is very handy if you are in need of an item and you do not care the price, just simply go 5% over the market price, and you could end up with the item and some gold back!

Happy Selling! Happy Game!Hmm

Are you fed up of trying to be heard above a crowded Varrock Marketplace? Are you tired of organizing to meet players who want to trade with you? Do you just want to get on with the things you enjoy, rather than standing around, hoping that someone wants your full splitbark armour?
The Runescape Grand Exchange is a brilliant way of making some quick cash. I am very exited that they have put this in the game. It speeds up the buying and selling world! No more world-hopping to find a bank with someone in it typing “selling blah” 100 times over! Nope, now you just put in a buy order and as soon as one becomes available for the price, you set or lower, you will have it!

What is the Grand Exchange?
The Grand Exchange is a large marketplace located in Varrok, the most populated city in Runescape. You can use the Grand Exchange, also referred to as the GE, to buy or sell almost anything! The GE allows a player to buy or sell an item at any time in the world. They do not have to meet up and do a trade; it will just hold the goods for you until you pick them up.

You don’t even have to be there when your waiting on your trade to complete! You can be off fishing and when your trade is complete, the Grand Exchange will tell you. Before you can use the Grand Exchange, you will need to do a tutorial. I suggest going to the Grand Exchange Tutor for it, as the founder (Brugsen Bursen) Will give you a more in depth tutorial and even include the history. It can be very boring, and come on, who wants to sit there listening to a guy ramble on when you could be making money?

The Grand Exchange is not a complex system, it is actually very simple. You can buy and sell items with a breeze. All you do is put your bid or items up, and when someone matches your bid, BAM! Your trade is complete. The time is usually not a matter, every now and then, you will have to wait for it to complete, but for the most part, it will happen almost instantly.

Selling Items at the Grand Exchange
To sell items using the Grand Exchange, You can simply talk to one of the clerks, or just right click and select Exchange. It will pop up a window showing your buy and sell offers that you have going on at the moment. Free to Play Members get 2 on going slots to use, while Pay to Play Members get 6 slots.

Now, lets begin. First, click the sell slot. You will need the items you want to sell in your inventory. You can sell anything that is tradable. If you have, large quantities of items that are NOT stackable, bank notes are also compatible with the Runescape Grand Exchange. Each item you wish to sell (or stack of items) counts as one slot.

Understanding Boxed Armor
This can be hard for selling armor, especially if you are free to play. With only 2 slots, how would you ever get a set of armor sold? Well, Jagex thought of this and now you can convert armor into a boxed set. This is excellent because you can sell the WHOLE set of armor for only 1 slot. All you have to do is have the required armors with you, then just talk to a Grand Exchange clerk. There IS a guideline to what you have to have to make a set, they go as follows:
1、 Dwarf cannon sets: Cannon base, stand, barrels, and furnace
2、 Enchanted robe sets: Hat, robetop, bottoms
3、 Splitbark armor sets: Helm, body, boots, gauntlets, legs
4、 Mystic robes sets (normal, dark, light): Hat, top, bottoms, gloves, boots.
5、 Third Age ranger armor set: Coif, body, chaps, vambraces
6、Dragonhide armor sets (green, blue, red, black): Body, chaps, vambraces
7、God armor sets (Guthix, Saradomin, Zamorak): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
8、 Trimmed and gold-trimmed armor sets (black, adamant, rune): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
9、Barrows armor sets* (Ahrim, Dharok, Guthan, Karil, Torag, Verac): Body, legs, head, weapon
10、 Normal metal armor sets (bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamant, rune): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
11、 Trimmed and gold-trimmed wizard sets: Hat, robetop, bottoms
12、Third Age mage sets: Body, legs, amulet, hat
13、Infinity robe sets: Hat, top, bottoms, gloves, boots
14、Trimmed and gold-trimmed dragonhide armor sets (green, blue): Body, chaps
15、 Blessed dragonhide armor sets (Guthix, Saradomin, Zamorak): Body, coif, chaps, bracers
16、Dagannoth armor sets (rockshell, spined, skeletal): Helm, platebody/body/top, legs/chaps/bottoms
17、Third Age melee armor set: Platebody, full helm, kiteshield, platelegs
18、 Gilded armor sets: Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
19、 Dragon armor sets: Chainbody, medium helm, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)

To open these boxes sets, simply take them to the Grand Exchange clerk. Do NOT right click and click ‘destroy’ this will NOT open the box, it will destroy the box and everything in it. Thus, you loose money.

The Runescape Grand Exchange can be a wonderful place for money making. If you are looking to buy and you can’t find a guy to sell you something, simply put in a buy order, it will save you a lot of time better spent of training. As long as you have sell orders in the Grand Exchange while you train, you will get rich AND powerful. All thanks to the Runescape Grand Exchange.
Thanks for Reading!Happy Game, buying, selling and Runescaping! Hmm

Runescape Stat Editor Many players in RuneScape enjoy all of the trials and tribulations it takes to go from a weak level one character to a powerful character well into the hundreds.  This take a lot of time and dedication, however, and sometimes isn’t that much fun.  Many players spend hours building up their characters, but others look for a short cut: stat editors, third-party software that allows players to illegally change their character’s skill levels and abilities.

However, while such programs work in other games, many do not work in RuneScape.  Why?  Because RuneScape is a completely-online game.  Players have nothing downloaded or installed on their computer.  Everything from the world to the chat client to the characters are stored on secure servers.  This makes it incredibly difficult for players to create programs that hack into the RuneScape source code and change character information.

However, even though there are no true stat editors available, many web sites still try to offer them.  A quick internet search will result in hundreds of hits for “RuneScape stat editor.”  Players should be very, very wary of these sites.  Very few are out to help players really get ahead in the game.  Instead, most are scams seeking players’ passwords or other personal information.  Players should never give out their password to websites such as these and should always be careful when downloading and installing programs from websites they are uncertain of.

Even though players can’t magically make their characters into super warriors, there are still some third-party programs that can make the tedious work a lot less boring, although again, players should be careful about downloading and running programs from sites they aren’t sure of.  These programs include auto trainers and autominers, both of which automate processes that are often dull.  The programs allow players to create automatic loops of specific actions, like cutting down a tree and lighting a fire, that quickly build up skill points without requiring the player to sit in front of their computer and mindlessly click back and forth.  These programs are considered illegal by RuneScape staff, but many of the newer programs include ways to get past the game’s auto trainer detection programs.

Gamers should enter the world of RuneScape with the idea of getting ahead by taking the fair, honest path of hard work and dedication.  For those who want a shortcut, however, caution is advised.  Automated programs and statistic editors, if any actually work in the game, should always be approached with caution, least the player find their computer infected with a virus or their personal information stolen and maliciously used.

Some runescape newbie when they first paly runescape. They will come to these problems. There are so many runescape skill on runescape. They do not konw what skill they should train? What skill are best for them?what is the skill that will get me the most money the quickest when its really high?  According to importants of the runescape gold in game . We will guild you:What is the best skill in runescape to get up to make money?

1)Runecrafting : Runecrafting is a great way to make a bit of fast cash, if you know how. Normally the alters are a pain to find and the best alters (i.e laws, nats, and deaths) are usually quite far from a bank. However if you are a mid to high leveled player that is willing to take a chance in the wild and looking to make a quick buck this could just be your ticket. On the 13th of June, 2005, Jagex came out with an update, The Abyss, which became a fast way to make higher level runes thus vastly increasing the profit coming from the runecrafting business. It is possible to craft 10k essence in about 8 hours or approximately 1 days time. I myself have done this many times.

2)Mining: A player who can go into the mining guild earns money fast. Sell Iron ores for 50 to 100 each, Coal for 150 each, Silver for 200 each, Gold for 150 to 300 each, Mithril ores for 250 to 300 each, Adamantine ores for 900 to 1k each and Runite ores for at least 10k each.

3) Smithing : A branch out from mining, smithing is quite a good way to make money, but to do so you will need patience with it, as it may take a while (especially cannonballs. Oh boy) As non-members, steel plate bodies (at 48 smithing) is a good item to make. They high alchemy for 1,200gp each, and can sell to other players for 900 to 1,000gp each. After that, the next best items are runite. Rune axes, scimitars, battle axes and kites are the better items to make and sell. They are also high in demand so you would not have to hold on to them for a long time. Note that ‘Full Addy’ can be in demand sometimes, and ‘Full Rune’ is also a desirable set. As members, an extra bonus is the well-known Cannonball. After doing the Dwarf Cannon quest, you can get your hands on what is known as an ‘Ammo Mould’. Cannonballs are worth 150gp to 200gp each, and one Steel Bar makes four. That’s 600 to 800gp per bar. This is the best item to make until you hit rune smithing, whatever obscure high level that is.

4)Woodcutting :A skill that earns a lot of money, but you need a lot of patience. Keep training your woodcutting level by cutting trees until you can cut oaks. Then, keep cutting oaks. Even though willow trees give more exp, I’ve noticed that cutting oaks give better overall exp. Cutting oaks give more exp per hour because you miss less often, as compared to cutting willows. Once you’ve got woodcutting level 60, go cut yews. I would strongly recommend you use a rune axe before cutting yews, because it takes a long time. Sell yew logs for 250 to 350 each.

5)Thieving : This is an unusual one, I must admit, but thieving can earn you money in a warped sense. What you do is steal whatever you can from the stall (hopefully without getting caught) and bank them. Stock them up (like my 795 Grey Wolf Furs I accumulated last night) and then when you happen to be at the town where the trader is located (In my case, Varrock), just sell them back to the Trader. Silks stolen from the Ardougne stall can sell at the Al Kharid Silk Trader at, I think it was, 60gp each. Grey wolf fur from the fur stall in Ardougne sell for 120gp each to Baraek, the fur trader in Varrock. As well as raising thieving, you can sell these items to the specialized stall traders to earn some money. Do note that cakes is another favourite, from the Baker stall, as people don’t sell the cake back to the baker but use it as a good food, and it is, especially for quests like Underground Pass.

If you have any good idea for skill to make runescape gold, runescape money you can post on our comment . Thank you !

You might think that leveling up is way too difficult, but I will assure you that you will never hit a monk from now on. For most people I know, this part is the most enjoyable, as it requires almost no clicking, fighting over monsters - there is plenty for everyone. Before you begin, use the 10k you recieved from the feathers, and buy cakes from the G.E. for 80 each. Cakes are the best training food available for F2p pures. One cake heals as much as a lobster, yet it costs three times less. Head to the stronghold of security, go through the first floor, and enter the second. Now keep going south until you reach a room with only flesh crawlers. There are atleast 20 in that room, and they will attack you, so you will be free to chat with other pures in the room! Even though, at the end of the day your Dental Health level will be 0, your strength will be 50 in only about 3 hours.

The one defense, all strength pker is the toughest of all characters to train. Because of his very low defense. He will get hit, and you will use food. But dont worry, I guarantee you will make it all up when you are done training. Although pures like these may be the toughest to train, they certainly are the fastest. With very high strength and moderate attack, these characters can easily 1-hit any monster in their path. You should train on characters no more than half of your combat level. Especially if there is many of them. With high strength and quick reflexes this should be a walk in the park. Remember, for pures, large quantity and weakness overcomes small quantity and power when it comes to training. If you have any other good training places, PM me. I purposefully didt post clear on the P2P monsters because anyone who has P2P is experienced enough to know what Im referring to.

Lumby Area
1 - 3 (Just to get your feet wet): Chickens. Feathers, Prayer, Meas, and experience. They also do negligable damage.

Crafting Guild Area (’Cause noody’s there half the time)
3 - 10: Cows: Bones, Hides, Meat, and Experience. They also do very low damage.

10 - 15: More cows ’cause they’re fun to beat on.

Edgeville-Varrock Dungeon
15 - 30: Giants - Good prayer and some decent runes

OR

Crafting Guild
15 - 30: Hobgoblins - Giants drop limpy roots, but hobbies drop ‘em more frequently then giants (This is if your’re going for strength pots). Also drop some decent loot for low-mid level critters, too.

Varrock Sewers or Crandor Isle - either way, it’s hell to get one to kill…
30 - 50: Moss Giants - Prayer and some decent loot for a mid level creature. Places are always packed, so come in an oddball time, or be quick with that clicker!

Karamja Volcano, Karamja-Crandor Passageway
50 - 70: Lesser Demons - For the rune, friend. The rune

Lvl 40+ Wildy
70+: Greater Demons - Better rune stuffs

For ranged, train on the hill giants. Just buy a ton of iron arrow and train on them; ranged has priority over melee, and you can easily attack the hill giants without interference. But it does get really tedious to go from 43 to 50… you can also train your range on fleshcrawlers, but you will then have to pick up the arrows from all over the place.
